This south facing villa is situated in a quiet, elevated position on the lower slopes of Mount Montgó (a protected natural reserve), and has superb panoramic views over the valley to the Sierra Bernia mountains. You will enjoy complete privacy and tranquillity on this 2200m2 plot, yet the historic old town of Jávea, the shops, the beach and two golf courses are just a short drive away. Around the corner you will find a supermarket, a medical centre and 4 restaurants are just a few minutes´ drive away.

Accommodation is all on ground floor level. You will be living outside for most of your stay in this property, because the large covered naya (90m2), that also holds the main kitchen, is great for relaxing, eating outdoors, to escape the sun or enjoy a glass of wine.

The villa has large, beautifully furnished rooms and 3 bathrooms. The mature garden is terraced and lit at night and has a large private swimming pool. All in all this villa is the prefect place for summer living!
