Additional information about obligatory extras :

bulletAn obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
bulletThe energy costs (heating) will be charged over the period from 11/10/2008 until 02/05/2009 and from 10/10/2009 until 01/05/2010 (only for weekly rentals; monthly winter letting on request).
bulletAir conditioning, the costs for energy are obligatory over the period from 13/06/2009 until 12/09/2009 (other periods on request).
bulletAn extra bed can be only provided on request and with written permission

The indicated rental price includes:

bulletFrom 02/05/2009 until 10/10/2009 gas and electricity (excluding heating or air conditioning)
bulletChange of bed linen and towels once a week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting), a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment
