Situated in a very sought after residential area, surrounded by orange groves
on both sides, you will find our 5 bedroom villa just 1500 metres from Denia's
sandy beaches. The villa is situated on a 2000 m2 plot, fully fenced in, has a
5,5 by 11.5 metre pool with attached children's pool and a private car park for
two cars. The villa sleeps 8 persons in its 3 double bedrooms and 2 single
bedrooms. The villa is fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms,
wireless internet, satellite tv and a media-player with at least 100 movies. To
the centre of Denia it is 5 km, but the village of La Jara has a large
supermarket, pharmacy and baker for all your daily needs just 3 minutes from the
villa.

Very important is that guests in this villa have to like cats because over
the years the owners have adopted 5! You do not have to allow them in the house
if you don't want to, but they need to be fed outside twice a day. For this we
offer a deduction of 5% of the rental price. If you like cats, you will
love these! They are very friendly and cuddly, used to children and never have
scratched anyone.
If you don't want the cats around: contact us! We may be able to put the cats
in a kennel.

Additional costs: end cleaning/laundry € 150 (€ 225 for a
2-week stay which includes a change of linen and cleaning of the bathrooms after
the first week) and refundable damage deposit €
400. Extra in-between cleaning upon request at € 11 per hour. Upon request 1
extra person can stay for € 150/week.
