Much of the building has been recently restored preserving many of its original architectural features. The light and comfortable interior has been achieved through simple yet elegant decoration and furnishings, combined with modern fixtures and fittings. Leading from the house, terracotta paved terraces provide ideal locations for al fresco dining or savouring the impressive views. One covered terrace has cushioned seating with a stone coffee table and another contains the sizeable fitted barbecue and dining area, both with spectacular views. The main part of the landscaped garden faces south-west and paved paths lead from the house via a stretch of lawn to the large swimming pool and sun terrace. The pool area has been fenced to help ensure the safety of small children.

Additional costs: end cleaning/laundry € 150 (€ 225 for a 2-week stay which includes a change of linen and cleaning of the bathrooms after the first week) and refundable damage deposit € 400. Extra in-between cleaning upon request at € 11 per hour.
